Hi there, in this video I will show you how to add a multi-step form into your Editor X website.

Elements Used

What we built

This form is a multi-step interactive job application form

How it was made

Editor X is a single-page application that allows you to drag and drop elements unto your website. As easy as that sounds, it is quite possible to craft basically any kind of design or tool for your website. In making the multi-step element, we used Editor X boxes in place of the multi-state element (Which is presently not available in Editor X, but is on WIX).

By using multiple box elements, we hid the subsequent boxes and only showed them when it is ideally their time to be shown.

The boxes above are separate boxes that are overlaying each other but not attached to each other.

The reason is so that the elements can work independently as we switch on and off the boxes.
